Dates of Draw: The Grand Prize Draw and the Thank You Prize Draw will close at midnight on March 31, 2023 and the draw will be held on April26, 2024;

Prize:Winners will be determined from eligible entries through a computer generated random draw which will be held in the presence of an independent auditor. Winners chosen will be final and no correspondence with regard to the same will be entertained; The Special Bonus Prizes, The Monthly Bonanza Prizes and The Thank You Prize are not redeemable for cash. All taxes that may be payable on prizes needs to be paid by the Winner and the valid tax challan with id proof submitted to claim the prize; The car selected in the Thank You prize is subject to change due to non-availability of the model at the time of prize distribution, the organizers will arrange an alternate car of similar value and category.

All prizes, which remains unclaimed by the Winner due to non-submission of valid tax challan and valid ID proof for more than two months after the announcement shall be forfeited.

Force Majeure: You hereby agree and understand that if the Promoter is prevented, hindered or delayed in or from conducting the Sweepstakes by a Force Majeure Event, the Promoter shall not be in breach of its obligations or liable for any such failure to conduct Sweepstakes and shall have the right, but not obligation, to cancel the Sweepstakes without prior notice.
